Why not come along to our next Health and Wellbeing Day? Friday 4th October 2024 – this event is free to attend and doesn’t require booking.
Activities range from Walking Netball, Yoga, Steady & Strong, Assisted Circuits as well as a class from Move Momentum! All our partners will be there to support and provide information on a wide variety of subjects, all with the same goal of supporting the local community.
