Come along to our parent/ carer Drop In session to get advice and support for your 5-19 year old with a member of our health team, where you can discuss things which may be concerning you.
Areas of support include things such as;
🔵Managing worried, low mood, stress or anger issues
🔵Bullying and friendship issues
🔵Diet/ Nutritional support
🔵Improving sleep
🔵Day and Night wetting
🔵Behavioural concerns
🔵Personal hygiene
🔵Sexual health
🔵Information and signposting regarding medical conditions.
No booking needed- just pop along
(Please note, although the drop in session is for parents/ carers- if you have children who are home educated, or siblings under 5 they are of course welcome to come with you)

Additional Information:
* We do not have an on-site car park. There is free street parking in some surrounding residential streets, such as Kings Road by the parade of shops/ Co-Op
* If you are bringing babies/ toddlers- please note that we ask for all buggies to be left under our buggy shelter at the front or side of the Family Hub
* No booking is needed but if you have any access requirements that you would like to discuss ahead of the drop in, please give our admin team a call on 0300 247 0014
