Nutrition Seminar with Q&A
An interactive, evidence-led seminar led by Alex Stephenson, focused on female physiology and performance. The session explores how to fuel effectively to support training, recovery, and consistency, with practical takeaways and time for open Q&A.
Strength-Focused Training Session
A coached training session led by Siobhan Maine, centred around key movement patterns. The focus is on strength development, movement quality and structured training principles, with an emphasis on control, intent, and progression.
