Move with Us sessions- 9 week programme
Every Wednesday (starting 14th Jan 2026- 18th March 2026)
3.30pm-4.30pm (arrive from 3.15pm - 3.30pm)

A FREE 9 week active session for 5-11 year old children and their family.
Try out different physical games and activities and discover what motivates your children to move and be active.
Opportunity to find out about services, groups, and activities in your local community that the children might enjoy.

Please note:
* Parent/ Carer required to stay for the session
* Younger siblings can attend with parents or carers, but will not be able to participate in the activities
* Please bring a water bottle
* No special clothes/ sports wear are needed
* Free admission and no booking needed
* You can attend all 9 sessions, or just a few- join at any point during the 9 weeks
