Patch Academy hosts Wellness with Abbi, a science-backed Functional Wellness Practitioner, educating people on hormones, gut health, fertility, perimenopause and menopause, and genetics. Bring your own lunch and enjoy while Abbi educates, informes, and nurtures women through various improvements in their wellbeing.

Through personalised coaching, achievable strategies, and education, we help people to understand the potential 'why' behind their symptoms, so that they can move forward with clarity, and a sustainable plan for long-term health.
