Workshop Description
� Rediscover Your Strength Through the Wisdom of Horses
Step away from the noise of daily life and into a peaceful, empowering space designed just for women.
These intimate, no-riding workshops offer a rare opportunity to connect with horses—empathetic, intuitive animals who teach us to be present, grounded, and fully ourselves. Whether you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply yearning for something deeper, this experience invites you to reconnect—with your body, your voice, and your inner
power. We spend approximately 1-1/2 hours with the horses and than the remainder on our beautiful deck or in our viewig room wth our new found friends.
What Makes This Workshop Unique
● One-on-one horse enounters (no riding involved)
● Ground-based activities to promote trust, communication, and presence
● Work with horses who, like many of us, have known hardship and healing
● Guided reflection, gentle journaling, and meaningful conversation
● Supportive community of like-minded women of all ages
● A safe, peaceful space to explore vulnerability, rebuild trust, and connect with your authentic self
