Join me for a deeply soothing and energetically cleansing ceremony that invites you to return to the sacred waters within, the part of you that flows, feels, and knows. This gathering is anchored in the wisdom of water as a spiritual teacher: gentle, powerful, and essential for healing.
Water teaches us how to soften tension, release what we’ve been holding, and nourish the soul. Through the heart-opening power of ceremonial cacao, the energetic clearing of Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and sound ceremony, we’ll reconnect to our inner currents of intuition, emotion, and energetic flow.
Cacao Ceremony 🤎
Cacao, the "food of the gods," is a powerful heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in ceremonial practices across Central and South America. Our journey will begin with a cacao ceremony, where you will be served a nurturing cup of ethically sourced cacao. Known for its ability to deepen emotional insights, cacao opens the heart and aligns us with our deepest desires. Cacao also contains anandamide, the "bliss molecule," which promotes feelings of joy, clarity, and elevated consciousness.
Group Spiritual Response Therapy Clearing (SRT) 💧
SRT works at the subconscious and soul levels to release limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and energetic blocks.
In this group session, we’ll use SRT to gently clear:
•Emotional blockages or suppression
•Resistance to receiving or surrendering
•Old grief or sadness stored in the emotional body
•Patterns of self-protection that restrict flow
•Past-life and ancestral imprints related to water, or emotional overwhelm
This is a deeply supportive space to release what no longer serves, so that the sacred waters within you can move freely again, bringing renewal, intuition, and emotional spaciousness.
Sound Bath
The second half of our journey will be immersed in a deeply healing sound bath, where you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. Sound healing is a powerful tool for harmonizing the body’s energy, clearing blockages, and promoting deep relaxation, helping you enter a meditative state of integration and release.

Megan Mahoney is a counselling therapist at Awaken Counselling and Holistic Services. Megan has a passion for holistic approaches to mental health and wellbeing, seeing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through her own healing journey, Megan has discovered the transformative power of plant medicine, integration, and holistic healing practices. As a lifelong learner, Megan is trained in various holistic modalities, including Breathwork, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Embodied Dreamwork, and trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation.
