Are you ready to deepen your practice, explore your voice, and step into the role of teacher? ✨Our 225-hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to be a transformative experience—whether you want to teach or simply grow your understanding of yoga.
This training includes:
🧘♀️ Hands-on learning with real-time practice and feedback
📚 In-depth study of technique, teaching methodology, anatomy & philosophy
🧑🤝🧑 A strong, supportive community of like-hearted yogis
💛 A Karma project to give back and lead with heart
🙌 Small group mentorship, personal attention, and lifelong connection

📅 10 weekends over 7 months (September to March)
🕰️ Fridays 5–9pm | Saturdays & Sundays 8am–4pm
📍 All sessions held at Love Life Hot Yoga, Grande Prairie
💰 $2889 + GST | $500 deposit to hold your spot
