Come connect with the wild that resides within you!We will be grounding in nature and using sound and meditation to help guide you into bonding with the Earth and with yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and journal (if you want). As well, please come dressed in clothes that allow you to move and be comfortable. This is not a lay in one place kind of sound experience.
This offering is $40 to attend. You must register prior to the event, as space is limited. You can message us or email: [email protected] to book your spot. Weather dependent, as we will be outside.
