This retreat is thoughtfully created for those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss and their support systems (ages 16+). It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and begin to restore your sense of self in a safe, supportive space.
🐴 Through guided interactions with horses, you'll explore:
Rebuilding self-trust and confidence
Strengthening communication and connection
Navigating emotional blocks and setting healthy boundaries
Gaining fresh perspective and inner clarity
No riding or horse experience is needed—just a willingness to show up for yourself. The horses meet you exactly where you are.
You’ll also experience a brief guided meditation and an insightful self-awareness activity to help integrate your growth.
