Outdoor Yogalates - 6 Week Series mid July- August
Thursdays at 5:30 PM (July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, August 7th, August 14th, August 21st)
Join Kylie for a 60-minutes of Yoga + Pilates aka Yogalates this summer outdoors. A vibrant class designed to strengthen, stretch, and uplift the soul — all in the beauty of nature. In case of poor weather, we’ll move indoors.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat, water bottle
- Only weights will be provided for the first 26 people
- Sunscreen/ bug spray/ Sunglasses or Hat
Location & Directions: The class is held outdoors in the field adjacent to Hillside Community School, Grande Prairie, AB. Specifically, sessions take place on the south side of the field, near the trees, at the corner of 104 Avenue and 94th Street. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.
Pricing: 6 Week Series $105 or Drop-In $21 per class
