Healing Voices: Scarlett Quick – Breaking the Cycle

Healing Voices is a space for honest storytelling, reflection, and connection.

Join us for an evening with Scarlett Quick, who will share her personal journey of healing, self-discovery, and breaking cycles shaped by early experiences and mental health challenges.

Scarlett’s story explores what it means to feel like everything is “supposed” to be right on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, identity, and a sense of disconnection. Through therapy and self-understanding, she began to recognize patterns in her life and ultimately made the decision to break those cycles.

This session will create space for reflection, learning, and connection for anyone navigating their own mental health or healing journey.

This event is presented in partnership with Equality Florida. This event is part of ALSO Youth’s Mental Health Month programming.
