About this Event
Strengthening Social Connections Using Psychodrama
Facilitated by Daisy Martinez-Dicarlo, LMHC, TEP (she/her) 3/21, 4/11
Join us for a powerful and interactive monthly psychodrama support group designed to deepen connection, build empathy, and support personal healing through creative expression.
Psychodrama is an experiential form of therapy rooted in action—it invites participants to explore real-life experiences, emotions, and relationships through guided storytelling, movement, and role-play. In this supportive and affirming space, participants are encouraged to connect with themselves and others in meaningful ways, fostering stronger social bonds and a deeper sense of belonging.
Facilitated by licensed mental health counselor and certified trainer/educator/practitioner Daisy Martinez-Dicarlo, this group integrates Theater for Social Justice principles—centering community voices, lived experiences, and collective healing.
✨ What to Expect:
- Guided psychodrama exercises and group activities
- Opportunities for self-expression through movement and storytelling
