Healing Sangha - Reiki Circle and Sound Therapy

We will focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, and restorative shapes with hands-on marma, reiki, followed by guided meditation and sound therapy.The focus of this class is to create a space for relaxation and healing. Fostering community and a safe space to come together to practice slowing down, going inward, and taking time to feel and process emotions. This is a deep healing workshop.
