Mommy and Me Yoga Workshop

In kids yoga (3-5 years old), children step into a new yoga adventure with each class, exploring forests, oceans, outer space, and more! Through playful storytelling, animal-inspired poses, songs, and calming breathing exercises, young yogis strengthen their bodies, spark their imagination, and learn tools for self-regulation. This class offers a joyful and magical introduction to mindfulness, movement, and emotional awareness.

One parent or caregiver is required to attend and participate with their child.
