Women’s Circle + Workshop Series
Healing Overgiving, People-Pleasing & Self-Abandonment
A two-part therapeutic women’s circle for healing, connection, reflection, and embodied growth. (You are welcome to join one or both circles, each session will be unique depending on the energy and needs of the group).
This space is for women who are tired of holding everything together while quietly running on empty.
So many of us were taught that being loving meant being endlessly available, to give more, carry more, soften more, to push through at our own expense. Over time, we learn to disconnect from our own needs in order to maintain connection, approval, harmony, or safety.
This series is an invitation to pause and return to yourself while connecting in person with women who are on a similar journey.
Together, we’ll explore the roots of people-pleasing, overgiving, over-caretaking, and self-abandonment, not simply as personal flaws, but as patterns deeply shaped by family systems, cultural conditioning, patriarchy, and survival.
These unconscious patterns needs to be seen and acknowdlged before we can begin to consciously transform them and make different choices in the present.
What often feels deeply personal is also profoundly collective.
Many women struggle with questions like:
- Why do I feel guilty when setting limits?
- Why do I overextend myself in relationships?
- Why do I feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions?
- Why is rest so uncomfortable?
- Why do I abandon myself to maintain connection?
These patterns did not arise in isolation. They were learned, inherited, reinforced, and embodied over generations.
There is something deeply healing about coming together with other women who are also ready to question these narratives, witness one another honestly, and create new ways of relating, to ourselves and to others.
To continue to be loving and caring towards others, but to also be including ourselves in this circle of care. To know at a deep level that caring for ourselves is not separate from caring for others. That we can show up better in all our relationships when we are in a better relationship with ourselves.

The Power of Gathering in Community
Individual therapy can be life-changing, and this work deeply matters.
But healing was never meant to happen entirely alone.
There is also profound power in gathering in community, with women who are committed to their own growth and healing, not to rescue one another, but to witness, support, reflect, and remember together.
So much of what we carry loses its shame when spoken aloud in community.
Often, the compassion we so easily extend to other women becomes a pathway back to ourselves.
We were never meant to do this alone. We all need both the village, and the experience of being a villager ourselves.
Loneliness is not simply the absence of people around us.It is the absence of meaningful connection.
This circle offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect, without needing to perform, prove, fix, or hold everything together.
Come as you are.Leave feeling more connected to your own wisdom, capacity, boundaries, and wholeness.
