We’ll walk you through key details including OCI, packet pick-up, what to pack, rules of the road, the event schedule, festival layout, menus, routes, and more.
This session is highly recommended for all participants, especially first-time riders, to help you feel confident and prepared heading into event weekend!
Located in the Auditorium (Room 217) on the second floor. To reach the Auditorium, take the stairs from the main lobby to the second floor and proceed straight toward the Harrit and Phillip Libin Knowledge Exchange Rooms(graphic below). We will have signage to guide you, but please feel free to call if you have any trouble finding us.
