Healing Hearts for Venezuela

In times of tragedy, coming together in compassion reminds us that no one has to carry hardship alone.

Join the Zen Soul Balance team for a heartfelt evening of reflection, healing, and hope as we gather in support of individuals, families, and communities affected by the recent Venezuela earthquakes. This special community event welcomes everyone—whether you have loved ones impacted, wish to honor those we've lost, or simply want to extend kindness and support to those rebuilding their lives.

Our gathering will begin with a moment of silence to honor the lives lost, followed by words of encouragement, prayers, and blessings for survivors, their families, friends, and all those working tirelessly to provide relief.

From there, you'll be immersed in a restorative sound meditation featuring the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other healing instruments. Together, we'll create a peaceful space to cultivate inner strength, compassion, and hope for those facing unimaginable challenges.

We'll close the evening by sharing a warm cup of heart-opening ceremonial-style hot chocolate, offering an opportunity to connect with one another in community and gratitude.

This is a Donation-Based Event

There is no set admission fee. We simply invite you to give from the heart.

100% of all donations will be contributed directly to Convoy of Hope's Venezuela Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund. Through trusted local partners, Convoy of Hope is providing Venezuelan families with emergency food, clean water, hygiene supplies, relief assistance, and long-term recovery support as communities begin the difficult journey of rebuilding.

Event Details

Location: Encuentro Cafe, Old Town San Diego

Language: This gathering will be presented bilingually in English and Spanish, welcoming everyone to fully participate in this evening of healing, remembrance, and hope.

Before You Arrive: The gathering will take place on the outdoor patio, so we recommend dressing in comfortable layers. Chairs and seating will be provided for all registered participants. Come as you are, with an open heart.

Registration Required: Seating is limited, and advance registration is required to reserve your seat. We encourage you to register early, as space is intentionally kept small to create a peaceful, intimate healing experience.

Arrival Note:
We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find parking, as there is no reserved parking available. There is a parking lot across the street, but it can fill up quickly, and street parking may be limited. Please plan for at least 15 minutes to park and arrive for check-in by 6:15 PM. We will begin promptly, as this is a meditation session, and late arrivals will not be permitted.

Únete al equipo de Zen Soul Balance para una velada especial de reflexión, sanación y esperanza mientras nos reunimos en apoyo a las personas, familias y comunidades afectadas por los recientes terremotos en Venezuela. Este encuentro comunitario especial da la bienvenida a todos, ya sea que tengas seres queridos afectados, desees honrar a quienes hemos perdido, o simplemente quieras ofrecer amor y apoyo a quienes están reconstruyendo sus vidas.

Nuestro encuentro comenzará con un momento de silencio para honrar a quienes perdieron la vida, seguido de palabras de aliento, oraciones y bendiciones para los sobrevivientes, sus familias, amigos y todas las personas que trabajan incansablemente para brindar ayuda.

Después, disfrutarás de una meditación de sonido restauradora con las vibraciones de cuencos de cristal, campanas, tambores, gongs y otros instrumentos de sanación. Juntos, crearemos un espacio de paz para cultivar la fortaleza interior, la compasión y la esperanza para quienes enfrentan desafíos inimaginables.

Cerraremos la velada compartiendo una cálida bebida de chocolate ceremonial, creando un momento para conectarnos como comunidad desde el corazón y la gratitud.

El 100% de las donaciones será destinado directamente al Fondo de Ayuda para los Terremotos en Venezuela de Convoy of Hope. A través de socios locales de confianza, Convoy of Hope está proporcionando a familias venezolanas alimentos de emergencia, agua potable, suministros de higiene, ayuda inmediata y apoyo a largo plazo mientras las comunidades comienzan el proceso de reconstrucción.

Ubicación: Encuentro Cafe, Old Town San Diego

Idioma: Este encuentro será presentado en inglés y español para dar la bienvenida a toda nuestra comunidad en esta experiencia compartida de sanación, recuerdo y esperanza.

Antes de Llegar: El encuentro se llevará a cabo en el patio al aire libre, por lo que recomendamos vestir ropa cómoda en capas. Habrá sillas y asientos disponibles para todos los participantes registrados. Ven tal como eres, con el corazón abierto.

Se Requiere Registro: El espacio es limitado y se requiere registro previo para reservar tu lugar. Recomendamos registrarte con anticipación para crear una experiencia íntima y tranquila de sanación.

Nota de Llegada:
Por favor, llega con tiempo suficiente para encontrar estacionamiento. No hay estacionamiento reservado. Hay un estacionamiento al otro lado de la calle, pero puede llenarse rápidamente, y el estacionamiento en la calle puede ser limitado. Planifica llegar al menos 15 minutos antes y registrarte a las 6:15 PM. Comenzaremos puntualmente, ya que es una sesión de meditación y no se permitirá la entrada después de comenzar.
