Holidays can be a very hard time with grief. Grief can be from a lossed loved one, a relationship, loss of pet, home, or job.
This will be a 90 minute class starting off with an opening ceremony circle to share. Followed by 40-minutes of a gentle flow to release any tension held in the body, using tools to heal your heart in grief and stress.
We will end the flow with a meditation followed by an immersive 30-minute sound bath by Hayleigh Robertson. Let the soothing vibrations wash away tension, and stagnant energy, leaving you refreshed and ready to move forward into the holidays.
