Healing Corner: R&B Yoga is a grounding experience rooted in movement, music, and safe community. While connected to grief work, this space is not just for those carrying grief — it’s for anyone who needs a moment to breathe, slow down, and come back to themselves.

This is not an intense yoga class.
This is not about performance.
This is space.

Space to:
• Move your body gently and intentionally
• Release tension and reset your nervous system
• Breathe and reconnect with yourself
• Experience community without pressure

You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to release.
You are allowed to just be.

🎶 WHAT TO EXPECT
• Gentle, guided movement
• Breathwork and grounding
• R&B music to support flow and ease
• A supportive, low-pressure environment
• Optional stillness and reflection

Please bring your own mat.
Limited mats will be available if you do not have one.
