The Body Wisdom Series
About this Event
Your body is always communicating. Through tension, posture, breath, and emotion, it reflects how you’re moving through the world. Spend 2 hours with me in each class to learn more about your body and how it connects with the rest of you! Each class begins at 10am and will go until 12pm.
This 6-class workshop series is designed to help you listen and learn simple, practical ways to support your whole self. It has always been the mission of Back In Touch to help bring increased awareness to the body and give others tools to move through life with greater ease being more connected to themselves. Self awareness is encompassing of the mind, body, and spirit. These classes are aimed at connecting all the dots.
Each class focuses on a different area of the body, blending:

✨️ Mind-body connection + emotional themes
You’ll walk away with tools you can use daily to reduce tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a grounded, compassionate way.
