About this Event
Heart Space is a healing circle that provides a space for Black folks to decompress and connect. Join BEAM in Philadelphia for a Heart Space Healing Circle focused on strengthening the ways we show up in relationships. We will explore the impacts of our actions and opportunities for deeper connection even when harm and conflict has occurred.
Grounded in community-based ancestral healing practices, this space invites you to reconsider your relationship with accountability from punishment to one of healing and transformation.

About the venue: Plant & People began as an exhale. Founded by a mother-daughter team in West Philly during the turbulent times of 2020, we wanted to create a sanctuary rooted in our shared passions: Amma's lifelong connection to community gardening and Cherron's 30+ years exploring plant-based cooking and holistic wellness. We poured our experiences into building a space where nature, nourishment, and community intertwine, offering a place for healing and connection when it was needed most.
