Join us for an immersive workshop showcasing our co-hosts' trained healing modalities, including reiki, yoga, vocal activation, sound healing, and wellness coaching designed to enhance your physical and mental well-being. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to explore holistic practices in a supportive environment.

IMPORTANT ARRIVAL DETAILS: Doors Close 4:45pm. No late comers will be allowed out of respect for other attendees to be present.

Evening Program:

10 mins Reiki Circle

20 mins Gentle Yoga Flow (All levels)

10 mins Vocal Activation

20 mins Sound Healing

15 mins Integrative Wellness Coaching Workshop

What to bring: Bring your journal! Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided.

About the Hosts:

Valerie Kong, MPH, RYT-200

California-Based Vinyasa Yoga and Mat Pilates Instructor with a background in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Valerie's holistic approach is evident in her teaching style where she connects mind and body with a focus on how mindful movement practice can support our overall well-being on and off the mat. She completed her health and wellness coach training program at Mayo Clinic in 2025. She teaches regularly in studios and corporate wellness settings in across Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area and led in-person and online workshops since 2019.

Reiki, Sound Healer and Business Owner of Healing House based in Porto, Portugal.
