Performance Conversations can be challenging if you are not prepared or do not engage your team member. This session will focus on practical tips and strategies to set yourself and your team member up for highly effective performance conversations.

Following the program participants will be able to:

• Create the right environment, face-to-face or virtual, to conduct performance conversations
• Develop strategies to overcome barriers for successful performance conversations
• Plan for an effective performance conversation
• Apply the model to give and receive effective feedback
