This will be my birthday so let's celebrate with me on this day . :)
🎂we'll start with hatha yoga asanas and we'll finish the practice with a nice and deep yoga nidra relaxation, which refresh the mind and the body
🎂I'll prepare a suprise for you ;)
What will you need?
Comfortable clothes and water bottle.
Can I come if I am not a professional yoga practitioner?
Of course, the exercises will have an easier and a more complicated version.
How much is the class?
300 CZK (250 CZK for ISB parents and students)
