I would like to invite you to a chakra yoga practice on the 11th of January in the city center of Brno. (M. Horákové 1955/9, 602 00 Brno-střed)
Let's harmonize the chakras and the energetic circles of our body and start a fantastic new year together.
🌈explore the 7 energy centers of the body as recognized in yogic traditions
🌈become familiar with the frequency that th especific energy center is attuned to
🌈identify which body parts/organs, mental and emotional states the frequency is associated with
🌈practice intentions and asanas (yoga poses) that balance the ehergy center (chakra)
What will you need?
Comfortable clothes and water bottle.
Can I come if I am not a professional yoga practitioner?
Of course, the exercises will have an easier and a more complicated version.
