🌄 Introduction
I am a Hatha Yoga instructor from India 🙏 and teach free yoga classes in Tallinn. If you are looking for holistic wellness and greater harmony between your mind, body and soul, then this yoga class is for you. Yoga (योग) means union with the self and through that with the entire universe. Come join my Hatha Yoga classes and empower yourself through enhanced connection with the self.

🧘🏽Format of the class
· 20 mins of breathing exercise (Pranayama)
· 60 mins of physical exercise (Asanas)
· 10 mins of final relaxation (Shavasana)
✨What to bring
· Blanket (optional - for final relaxation)
· Bottle of water
· Yoga mats are available for use at the studio
Note: Try to eat your last meal at least 3-4 hrs before a yoga session
