🔹A gentle and relaxing Yoga session to enhance your mind and body connection, making you ready for the breathwork.
🔹A longer breathing session journey accompanied by carefully chosen music to help the body relax and connect more deeply with your inner self.
The Wim Hof Method breathing technique is an excellent way to relieve stress, achieve better balance, relax, and experience peace. It can also energize you and direct that energy to where it’s most needed—whether it’s addressing a physical issue or an emotional challenge. Breathing is the key to connecting the body and mind.
🔹You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a cold dip in the Baltic sea, which strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, and increases the levels of "happiness hormones" like dopamine. You may feel your body tingling, your energy rising, and your vitality flowing.
Moreover, you’ll learn how to better control your body in stressful situations, making it easier to cope with everyday stress. 😎
(Note: Ice bathing is optional, not mandatory.)
