Harper’s Home provides a loving and caring home away from home for families undergoing medical treatment at Duke Children's, ensuring they have a place of refuge and respite during their medical journey.

Liability Waiver and Release

By registering for and participating in the Harper's Home Pickleball & Tennis Mixer on November 1, 2025, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that pickleball and tennis, like all physical activities, involves certain risks, including the risk of injury.
2. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and do so voluntarily.
3. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Harper's Home, its officers, volunteers, event organizers, and the facility from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation.
4. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages I may sustain or cause while participating.
5. I consent to the use of photos or videos from the event for nonprofit promotional purposes.
