Harmonize: Yin Restore + Sound Attunement with DeAnn Barry

The energy of spring gives rise to imagination, vision, and our capacity to dream beyond what is. Join DeAnn Barry and special guest Antonia Miran for this special two hour offering to gently awaken from your winter slumber and harmonize with the energies of Spring.

Evoke your voice with a simple toning exercise, using voice and mantra to activate your subtle energies. Then enjoy slow moving, gravity supported movement coupled with longer held shapes that offer therapeutic compression and gentle stretching for blood and energy flow. Through the sacred shapes of Yin and the deeply nurturing practice of restorative yoga connect with the Yin energies of Spring. Our practice will conclude with a playful and accessible group sounding experience, followed by a deep Meditation and Sound Attunement to harmonize with the energies of Spring: hope and renewal!
