About this Event
Join Genesis PT & Wellness + Integrative Whole Body Health Center for a free workshop exploring the intricate connections between life stages & stress that change how hormones, nutrition and the pelvic floor impact one another. In this engaging session, we'll uncover how these three elements influence each other and contribute to overall bodily functions and dysfunctions.
This will be especially important for folks in the late 20s-early 40s range where hormone fluctuations are common (think, perimenopause, perinatal/breastfeeding, birth control changes, etc.)!!!
This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in understanding their body better, including those experiencing pelvic floor challenges like painful intimacy, incontinence, constipation, or pelvic pain related to ovulation/periods. Join us to empower yourself with knowledge and strategies for a healthier, more balanced life!
