Hanuman 1 Year Anniversary

To celebrate one year of Hanuman, we are hosting a special three-day kitchen session created by Chef Mark Hill (Social Distortion) & Chef Long & Chef Don.

From April 24 till 26, Hanuman becomes a reservation-only experience featuring a curated experimental Thai menu. The collaboration explores bold flavors, fermentation and a zero-waste approach, combining Hanuman’s identity with Mark’s distinctive style.

This is not a regular service. Seats are limited and organized in timed sessions, creating an intimate and focused dining experience.

Tickets are valid for selected time slots only. Due to the format, punctuality is required. The tickets serves as a reservation deposit and will be fully deducted from your final bill on the day of the event. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable Tickets are valid only for the selected time slot.
