About this Event
You can take other Italian cooking classes Vancouver, or you can have an Italian Experience!
Local cook, pasta aficionado, and occassional actor Peter Ciuffa (of Pasta Boy Peter Inc) brings his Vancouver cooking classes back to the Kitsilano Community Centre.
Peter was part of the original team at Top Canadian restaurant Savio Volpe, has been featured in the Globe and Mail as an Italian Food Expert, and regularly cooks live on CTV & Global. When he's not cooking he Guest Stars on numerous locally shot Films and TV shows.

This class is truly hands on and everything is provided. You'll taste Peter’s dish, take your Roman Fettuccine home, and leave with an amazing set of skills. You'll also learn the classic Pomodoro sauce of his Mother's home town in Lazio. We don't do huge public classes because our goal is to immerse you in a traditional process.
