“Hands-on assists have been such an asset to my practice. Jenn does a great job not only with adjustments for safer alignment, but offering both the figurative and literal support to explore postures in a deeper way. Her assists have built confidence, which has sparked further curiosity, making my practice feel even more meaningful.”- Lauren
