In this training, we will explore the idea of Wholeness. How to cultivate it through a balance of Yin and Yang, and how to encourage it in others as a Yin Yoga Teacher. Both of these things – being a student and a teacher of Yin Yoga – require deep self-exploration. Expect to learn more about YOU! While also learning the methodology of teaching Yin (theming, sequencing, and how to hold space as your students hold a pose for 3-5 minutes). At the end of this training, you will have a deeper appreciation of the studies and the practices of Yin and Yang – as a person, as a student and maybe even as a teacher.
Topics covered include:
Yin and Yang Theory
Yin and Yang Tissue

She went on to complete Level 1 and 2 Yin Teacher Trainings with Corina Benner and has studied Ayurveda and Meditation at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC.
