In this combined Reiki and Restorative Yoga practice, unwind, relax, and release what's ready. Jenn and Stephanie invite you to a special Restore and Reiki event in honor of Mother's Day. We welcome you to this space to be held, supported, and restored all while honoring the motherhood journey and long line of mothers who came before us. Join us in this celebration of one another and our Mother within. Reiki is a technique that originates from Japan to channel life-force energy for healing- it restores and balances the body, promotes health, and aliveness. Stephanie, Reiki Master, will offer Reiki practices while Jenn will teach a restorative yoga practice that will relax the body and mind to open to the Reiki healing.
