Handmade Pastas: Garganelli, Farfalle, and Cavatelli

For ages 13 & up

You’ll discover how easy it is to make the dough, roll out the pasta and perfect the art of  forming three traditional pasta shapes. You'll not only make the pastas but learn to make 3 sauces that complement them. At the end of class, you'll sit down to sample your handiwork. 

For ages 13 & up. Children13 -  17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. 21 years old or older? You can enjoy a glass of Italian wine paired with your pasta.

The pastas:

• Garganelli (Ridged, Tubular Shape)

• Farfalle (Butterfly Shape)

• Cavatelli (Shell Shape with Curved Edges)

The sauces:

• Mushroom Cream Sauce

• Arrabiata ( Spicy Tomato Sauce)

• Sauteed Broccoli, Garlic & Chile

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
