Downtown Tuesday: Enjoy free parking in most city-owned garages, lots, and meters every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m..
On-Street Parking: Meters are only enforced Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Parking is free after 6 p.m. on those days and all day on Sundays.
