Join us for Hampshire AI: Trust, Confidence & Capability, an evening examining the foundations that enable organisations to use AI with confidence. As AI becomes an integral part of everyday operations, success increasingly depends on governance, organisational capability and earning the trust of the people who use it.
We're delighted to welcome Steve Gibson, Transformation Consultant at QGate, who will explore why organisations should view AI as part of the workforce rather than simply another software tool. Drawing on examples of both successful and unsuccessful AI initiatives, Steve will share practical insights into the governance, leadership and skills needed to embed AI effectively and realise its full potential.
Also speaking is Nick Liebmann, Director of Engineering at Nourish Care, who will share how AI is being engineered into secondary healthcare to support clinicians and improve patient care. Nick will demonstrate how successful AI implementation relies on more than technology alone, requiring organisations to understand where AI adds value, where human judgement remains essential, and how trust is earned through responsible design, governance and real-world experience.

About Steve
Steve has over 25 years of experience working in Technology, Innovation and Change across sectors including Service, Sport, Telecoms, Banking and Market Research. He has spent the last 5 years immersed in the implementation of major Microsoft Dynamics transformations as fundamental pieces of operational jigsaws. Over the last 2 years, Steve has focused on how AI, specifically Copilot, becomes a fundamental part of operational teams helping clients to safely and ethically implement AI within their businesses.
About Nick
Nick Liebmann is the Director of Engineering at Nourish Care Systems, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of 70 in delivering high-availability, person-centred software solutions for the social care sector. With an extensive background in software engineering leadership, Nick is committed to driving technical excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring that Nourish Care’s platforms remain the benchmark for quality and reliability in a highly regulated environment. He is a passionate advocate for building collaborative, metric-based working environments and empowering teams to use technology to solve complex business challenges.
