Let the hammock hold you while soothing sounds, Reiki, and gentle guidance support your nervous system into deep rest. This immersive evening blends calming breathwork, softly guided meditation, and a nourishing sound bath experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Rest suspended in a cozy hammock while crystal singing bowls wash over the body. Reiki will be offered throughout the experience to support energetic balance, relaxation, and restoration.
