The Wisdom of Horses Mini-Retreat
About this Event
Imagine spending an afternoon surrounded by horses, nature, and like-minded women, away from the pressures, responsibilities, and constant demands of everyday life.
This unique experiential mini-retreat invites you to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself through the quiet wisdom of horses.
Many of us spend our days caring for others, managing responsibilities, solving problems, and moving from one task to the next. We become so focused on doing that we rarely pause long enough to notice how we are truly feeling.
The horses invite something different.
They do not care about your accomplishments, your to-do list, or how productive you've been. They respond to your presence. They invite authenticity. They remind us how to slow down, become aware of what is happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with the present moment.
Set in a peaceful farm environment, this retreat offers an opportunity to experience the calming presence of a small herd of horses while exploring practices that support self-awareness, reflection, emotional well-being, and inner balance.
Through guided experiences, meditation, journaling, discussion, and time spent observing and interacting with horses from the ground, you will be invited to step beyond the demands of doing and rediscover the power of simply being.
During the event you will have the opportunity to:
✨ Participate in a guided horse meditation circle
✨ Experience mindful observation and interaction with horses
✨ Explore simple practices that support calm, clarity, and resilience
✨ Reflect through guided journaling and personal exploration
✨ Learn from horse behaviour, herd dynamics, and the wisdom they naturally offer
