HAMMOCK BREATHWORK SOUNDBATH + CACAO CEREMONY

Our Hammock Soundbath offers a unique blend of restorative practices designed to nurture your well-being. Immerse yourself in the gentle sway of a silk hammock, providing comforting support as you surrender to deep relaxation. This special evening offers a blend of healing modalitys. The purpose of our practice this evening is to provide as much release from stress as well as community.

As the plant medicine Cacao is being prepared we start our healing experience with some Breathwork and light stretching to help settle the nervous system, and restore your body's natural homeostasis. Following the Breathwork journey you will be lead through a intention-setting heartfelt Cacao Ceremony, a traditional practice known for opening the heart and fostering connection, preparing you for the profound experience ahead in our silk hammocks.

From here you will settle into your hammock for the Reiki-infused soundbath. Guided by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, your body and mind will be lulled into a state of profound calm.

Infused with Reiki energy the sound healing instruments will be enhancing the meditative experience and promoting energetic balance. This combination of sound therapy and Reiki aims to release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate a deep sense of peace and gratitude within. Join us for an evening of healing, introspection, and heart-opening connection with likeminded people.
