Joy Fest LA is a one-day, live gathering that blends powerful Tedx speakers, immersive healing experiences, and live musical performances.

Joy Fest LA is for thoughtful, growth-minded people who live full lives and are doing “fine” on the outside, yet feel a steady pull for something more honest, grounded, and alive.
This isn’t for those looking for just a party or a quick fix.
Expect depth without heaviness, celebration without chaos, and a day that feels alive, not preachy or performative.
This is not a sit-and-listen wellness event. It’s participatory, energizing, and meant to be felt.

11:30 AM — Doors Open
12:00–1:00 PM — Arrival & Welcome (guided opening experience)
1:00–3:00 PM — The Spark: TEDx-Style Speaker Program
3:00–4:30 PM — Intermission & Transformational Experiences (curry, cacao & connection)
4:30–5:30 PM — The Immersive Masquerade

Be inspired by TEDx speakers sharing honest, healing, lived truth ~ the kind that softens defenses, opens perspective, and helps you remember who you are.
The Floor ~ Embodiment & Connection
Throughout the day, Maestros of Healers, Guides & Artists circulate and activate the space through hands-on healing, breathwork, somatic practices, acro yoga, movement, and intuitive support ~ offering grounding, play, release, and moments of real connection.
The Sensory Intermission ~ Nourishment & Vibe 90 Minutes to Roam
Midway through the day, we open the space.
For 90 minutes, Joy Fest becomes experiential. You’re free to move at your own rhythm, explore what calls you, or simply sit & integrate.
Shoes come off inside the studio. Barefoot is the rhythm.
Throughout the studio ~ outdoor spaces, you’ll find:
*Nourishing food prepared for the day
*Acro play & embodied connection
*Ceremonial tea offerings
*Intuitive & aura-style readings
*Aromatherapy experience
*Optional participation in a biometric study
*Sauna & cold plunge access
An outdoor lounge area beside the plunge ~ a place to sit, connect, reflect, or just breathe.
This hour and a half is intentionally spacious ~ a living pause inside the arc of the day.
If you plan to use the sauna or cold plunge, bring:
• A bathing suit & towel
Bring your water bottle ~ “Alive Water” will be available throughout the event.
The experience is supported by intentional sensory elements designed to regulate, open, and ground the nervous system.

The Sound ~ Frequency & Flow
Music shapes the arc ~ from ambient tuning and highly curated pulse to live strings, building rhythm, and embodied joy.
Led by Emer and Nathalie’s luminous violins, a Viennese-style hybrid EDM set blends live strings with modern electronic frequency ~ a high-vibration collaboration that transforms the room the moment it begins.
The Un~Masquerade
A co-creative, elemental moment inviting you to release what no longer fits ~ gently shedding old masks and making space for clarity, coherence, and embodied truth.
The Un-Masquerade Dance
A music-led integration where movement, rhythm, and joy allow what’s been released to settle into the body ~ shared, grounded, and alive.
Something meaningful will shift. You won’t leave the same.
