Hamilton Women's ADHD Support Group

Join us for the ADHD Women of Hamilton Support Group, a safe and inclusive space for women with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Whether you've just been diagnosed, have been living with ADHD for years, or suspect you may have ADHD, this group is here for you.

When: Third Wednesday of each month (except July & August)

Time: 6:00-8:00pm

Location: Bernie Morelli Recreation Centre, 876 Cannon St E, Hamilton, ON L8L 0C6 (subject to change—any required updates will be shared)

Fee: Pay what you can

Suggested donation: $5–$10.

We want every woman with ADHD to feel welcome — no one should miss out due to financial barriers. If you’re able to contribute, your support helps us keep this space open, connected, and full of care. If not, we’re glad you’re here; your presence matters just as much as your contribution.

During our meetings, we will cover a range of topics related to ADHD, including coping strategies, time management, and self-care. We will also host expert guest speakers to share valuable insights and education.

Our supportive community understands the challenges faced by women with ADHD and aims to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself. Whether you want to share your experiences, seek advice, or simply listen, you'll find a welcoming group of like-minded women.
