In this challenging, 90-minute class, you'll be lead through Half Primary series through Navasana, then jump directly into Intermediate series starting with Pasasana and ending at Ekapada Sirsasana. This class is most appropriate for students with no limiting injuries and who are familiar with a traditional led Ashtanga class.
