Please join us for a Half Day Retreat Sunday, October 12 from 800-1230 at the Zen Center and on Zoom. No experience necessary. A half-day retreat is an excellent introduction to longer practice without having to commit to a whole weekend. We start with an orientation for beginners at 8am. The formal retreat begins at 8:30am and includes: 108 prostrations, chanting meditation, sitting & walking meditation, and a circle talk. Please contact us for the zoom link if planning to attend virtually. Fee: $15 ($10 for students).
