Start the day off right with a wake-up stretch and energizing vinyasa flow! Class is hosted at Golden Heart Performing Arts on Saturdays from 9-10am by Instructor, Anna Marie! This class utilizes asana, pranayama, and Himalayan Kriya techniques to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. We will gradually stir and awaken our energy, building intensity to leave you feeling energized and ready to tackle the day. We encourage you to keep the energy flowing and end class with a coffee or tea from LUMI Coffee Bar - connecting with your fellow yogis, if you wish!
No prerequisites required. All are welcome! You must register online in advance through Momence 24 hours or more in advance.
