This 90-minute Split Tail Aerial Silk class is designed for students with some prior experience like a summer camp, a full semester, or 6+ drop-in intro classes. This class will focus on building strength, control, and fluidity as you explore climbing, inversions, drops, and dynamic transitions in both apparatuses. This is a 9-week course with no class over Thanksgiving week.

What to Expect:
- Acrobatic Arts Warm-Up: A structured warm-up designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness in preparation for aerial work.
- Strength & Control: Focus on building upper body and core strength, as well as improving your overall control in the air.
- Dynamic Transitions & Sequencing: Practice linking movements between Silks to create smooth, fluid sequences.
- Supportive & Challenging Environment: Instructors will offer personalized feedback, providing progressions to meet your skill level and helping you to progress safely.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (avoid loose sleeves or pants). We require leotards and bodysuits as students progress into drops!
- A water bottle to stay hydrated with your first and last name on it.
- A strong mindset and a readiness to learn and challenge yourself!
