Join Nomadic Flow in the heart of Soulard for a morning of movement and community. We’re taking over the outdoor courtyard at Jack Nolen’s for an all-levels yoga session designed to shake off the week and get you feeling right.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or you’ve never even touched a mat, this class is for you. No ego, no pressure—just approachable, fun movement followed by a well-earned drink.
