Haddon Medieval Park Guided Walks

Join us to go behind the scenes into the private parkland that surrounds Haddon Hall and discover the beautiful acres of Haddon Medieval Park, the Peak District’s oldest, largest rewilding project. With large swathes of land untouched by agriculture, building or landscaping for at least 900 years, its rich mosaic of habitats offers a haven for wildlife, including many rare and endangered species.
For 2-3 hours, walking at a gentle pace with plenty of opportunities for observation and photography, our friendly guides will share with you the ecology and history of the Medieval Park, as well as fascinating information about how the parkland was used for the support of the hall and its household from the 14th Century.
Your ticket includes half-price admission to Haddon Hall and its beautiful gardens on the same day.
Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
